Today we were honored to hear from Hali Taylor and Lee Ann Warner on their career serving the Shepherdstown Library. Lee Ann Warner has served as the Director of Development since 2012 and Hali Taylor has served as the Director of the Library over 20 years. As both are retiring, we thank them for the dedication in serving our community and a passion for literacy.
