The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown was honored to host an excellent presentation by LCDR Lynn Buchanan (Detachment Supervisor) and Ms. Lineka Quijano (Senior Attorney & National Technical Advisor) from the Coast Guard Suspension & Revocation National Center of Expertise (NCOE) in Martinsburg, WV, as they described the important role the NCOE plays in protecting our maritime community. Its mission is to ensure that over 200,000 credentialed merchant mariners are competent and their conduct promotes marine safety, security, and protection of the marine environment. The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown would like to thank them and the entire U.S. Coast Guard for their important role in protecting our maritime community and environment.
