The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown inducted two new members to the club today! CAPT Kirsten Martin, USCG (ret) and Ms. Stacy McFarland, Executive Director of the American Red Cross, Greater Shenandoah Valley Chapter. We are excited to have them join our team and share their leadership abilities and experience!
