ROTARIANS PITCH IN ON DAY OF CARING
As it has done for many years, the Shepherdstown Rotary Club fielded a large crew of volunteers to help with the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle's 27th Annual Day of Caring on September 14. The Club's volunteers worked to clean up the James Rumsey Bridge across the Potomac River at Shepherdstown, and the approach to the bridge on the West Virginia side.
