The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown meets at the Bavarian Inn, Resort & Brewing Company, 164 Shepherd Grade Rd, Shepherdstown, WV 25443.  The club is pleased to offer two different meeting options depending on your schedule and preferences. The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown hosts meetings every Tuesday morning from 7:30 am to 8:30 am in the Greystone Mansion, which houses the formal dining rooms, brew pub, and hotel registration desk.  This meeting is a more formal setting as it includes a full breakfast and programs on a variety of topics of local, regional, and even national/international interests. Generally, the first Tuesday of the month is reserved for club assemblies, where committee members plan for upcoming projects and activities.

1st & 3rd Wednesday Evenings: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Schwarzwald House

If your mornings are rushed, you may find the Rotary Club of Shepherdstown evening meeting more convenient and flexible.  The members meet only two times a month on the first and third Wednesday of the month on the opposite side of the resort at the Schwarzwald Haus, Lower Level, Terrace Conference Room.  The meetings are in the evening and commence at 6:00 pm, lasting one hour. The sunset meeting is more relaxed and informal.  There is usually a program that covers topics of local importance and beyond. Depending on scheduling, a community service activity may be performed instead.  There is always time reserved to discuss club business and planning as needed for upcoming projects and events. There is no food or refreshment provided at this meeting, but members often fellowship over snacks and beverages at the Brew Pub before or after the meeting.  You are also free to bring refreshments to the meeting.
